We are replacing the hearth of our Maine Wood Heat pizza oven after 5 years of heavy use. Although it only takes one day to replace the hearth, it takes 4 days to fully cool the oven.

Our kitchen will remain open with a special sandwich, salad, and small bites menu.

We will return to normal service with a fresh oven hearth on Friday, March 15th.
