Born from our Black Barn Program, Dutch's Cream Ale is a recipe developed by our Assistant Brewing Manager, Ben (aka Dutch).

This classic cream ale is a nod to the Dutch Village Motel that once existed on our property at 525 US Route One. We use a blend of ale and lager yeast, which balances light fruity notes and clean pilsner-like flavor, with a subtle hop bitterness.

Bottles and Draft will be released exclusively in our tasting room on Monday, June 17th.
