Book Signing w/ Hank Shaw of Hunter Angler Gardener Cook
Join us at 5:00pm on Thursday, July 24th, for a special book signing event with James Beard Award winner Hank Shaw.
Shaw, a chef, author, and outdoorsman, runs the acclaimed wild foods website Hunter Angler Gardener Cook and has just released his newest cookbook, Borderlands: Recipes and Stories from the Rio Grande to the Pacific. With published work across numerous publications, including Food & Wine, Petersen’s Hunting, Organic Gardening, and The Art of Eating, Shaw has been writing cookbooks, fishing, foraging, and hunting since 2010.
Throughout the evening, you can meet Shaw and receive a signed and personalized copy of Borderlands. An easy-to-follow culinary road map of cuisine, this cookbook offers more than 125 recipes and nearly 300 photographs from every area along our shared border with Mexico. From Fish Tacos to Caldo de Queso to Cactus Salad, this cookbook delivers an extensive lineup of delicious recipes.
We will also be serving food specials inspired by the book, featuring two Baja-style pizzas and more.
