A first for our Black Barn Program, back in June we bottled a beer to age for a later release, Black Barn Program Baltic Porter.

Stronger beers, like Baltic Porters, are more focused on malts than hops, so they tend to be beers that age well. While we recommend that you enjoy our hop-forward beers fresh, we brewed this beer and let it age over many months to soften the intensity, and to allow the malt aromatics and flavors to shine through. Black Barn Program Baltic Porter will be released in bottles and on draft exclusively from our tasting room when we open at 11am Friday January 14th.
